Julia D´Agostino

Julia D’ Agostino has more than twenty years of experience in government, think tanks and the policy field. She has worked at the local and national levels of government for the past 10 years. In government positions, she developed new capacity and management processes to generate and systemase relevant information for decision making and inform policy.  She also designed and implemented planning, monitoring and evaluation programs for public policies. Previously, she was the coordinator of the Influence,  Monitoring and Evaluation Program at the Argentinean think tank Centre for the Implementation of Public Policies promoting Equity and Growth
(CIPPEC). During her career, she has worked for projects supported by DFID, IDRC, IADB, 3ie, Ford Foundation, Save the Children, INASP, GDN and other international organisations. She holds a Master in Organisational Studies and a Postgraduate in Non Profit Organizations from San Andres University. She is currently Responsible of the Human Resources Department at the Under Secretary of Innovation in Solidarity Economy at the Human Capital Ministry of Argentina; she is in charge of the modernisation of the administrative procedures for achieving more efficiency and effectiveness, with the final goal of providing a better service to the citizens.
