

Gabriela Oberlander
Gabriela Oberlander works at the intersection of knowledge management, applied research, and organizational learning. Her work focuses on knowledge brokering, collaborative learning processes, and designing strategies that strengthen evidence-informed decision-making and organizational change.
She has worked across academia, civil society, government, and the private sector, leading and supporting initiatives related to knowledge exchange, research, public engagement, and capacity development. More recently, her work has expanded to include computational social science, behavioral science, and the use of data-driven methods to better understand complex social challenges.
Gabriela holds a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Energy Studies and is currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Her interdisciplinary background spans mediation, education, and energy transition.
Her interests center on knowledge ecosystems, public policy, social innovation, and collective learning. She is particularly interested in the underlying dynamics of complex systems and the conditions that enable meaningful transformation.
